This page allows you to  view the details of the request selected in the previous page.  Tell me more.

The “View Work Request” page appears.

Work Request

The request for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 18).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the work request.

 

The system displays the following fields:

Date

The date on which the request was created.

Status

The status of the request, which can be “Fresh”, “Approved”, “Forwarded”, “Canceled” or “Closed”.

Desc.

The description of the request.

 

Zoom facility available

Auto Close

The mode of closure of the request.

 
  • Yes – indicates that the request will be closed automatically by the system when the last work order that has been raised on the request is closed.

 
  • No – indicates that the request can be closed manually.

Type

The type of the request.

Category

The category to which the request belongs.

Priority

The priority of the request which indicates its level of importance.

The system displays the following fields in the “Eqp. / Loc. and Problem” group box:

Request On

The maintainable object on which the request was created, which can be “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location on which the work request was created.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Problem

The problem for which the request was created.

 

The description of the problem is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Location

The location of the equipment.

Remarks

Any additional information about the work request.

 

Zoom facility available

Reported By

The employee ID of the user who reported the problem for which the work request was created.

The system displays the following fields in the “Other Details” group box:

Work Group

The work group which is expected to carry out the corrective action on the work order that is raised on the request.

Work Phone

The contact information of the person who can provide details about the request that was created.

Eqp. Condition

The condition of the equipment, when the work request was created.

Obs. Date

The date on which the problem was observed on the equipment or location.

 

The time at which the problem was observed on the equipment is displayed alongside.

Target Date

The date by which the corrective action is expected to be completed.

 

The time by which the corrective action is expected to be completed is displayed alongside.

The system displays the following fields in the “WO” multiline:

WO No.

The work order that was created based on the work request.

Date

The date of work order creation.

Time

The time at which the work order was created.

Desc.

The description of the work order.

WO Status

The status of the work order.

WO On

The maintainable object on which the work order was created. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The identifier of the equipment or location for which the work request was created.

Type

The type of the work order.

Category

The category to which the work order belongs.

Priority

The priority or level of importance assigned to the work order.

When the Print task is executed without the Work request number, then the system will throw an error message .

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the request.

Created Date

The date and time at which the request was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the request.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the request was last modified.

View Work Request – An overview

You can view the details of the request selected in the previous page. The system also allows you to directly enter a request other than the request selected in the previous page and retrieve its details for viewing. The following details of the request are displayed:
