Reverse Work Request – A summary of the activity

A request is reversed to revoke the action that is performed on the request. Only requests that are in the “Approved”, “Rejected” or “Closed” statuses can be reversed. Closed requests can be reversed only when the option for reversing closed requests is set in the “Options” activity. Refer to the topic “Option – A summary of the activity” for more details. A request in “Approved” status can be reversed only if there are no work orders referring to the request.

When a request is reversed, the original status of the request is restored. The system records the reversal details in the request history.
