View Work Request – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the details of a request that is already defined. You can directly enter the request to be viewed or you can search for the request by providing filter criteria in the “Select Work Request” page. The requests are displayed in the multiline from which you can select the request for which the details must be viewed. You can view the details of the request in the “View Work Request” page.

You can also view the details of the history for the selected request in this activity. Whenever an action is performed on a request, its status changes accordingly. The system records these status changes as the history details of the request. The history details for the selected request can be viewed in the “Work Request History” page.
